MISS SL PRIME MODEL

DESCRIPTION:
This is a free contest for all female models who want to participate.
TIME: 3 months long (June - August)
FINALE DATE: September 24th 6pm

FORMAT:
Each month there will be an elimination. Contestants submit unedited photos to Miss Angeltatz Lane. From the photos submitted each month,  Judges will choose 10 from submitted photos for the end of month elimination. At the end of each month the 10 contestants chosen for that month will participate in a styling show and judges will choose 4 from all that batch who will move on to the finale show in September.

For the end of month elimination, models will showcase the outfit they wore in their pic submission and will be required to provide a description of their entire outfit.

Submissions open 1st - 15th of each month. Only for June will submissions be made from the 6th - 20th. Monthly elimination on last weekend of each month. 12 entrants will move on to the finale in September.

Format for finale will be given at a later date.
MONTHLY THEMES:
June: Summer Chic

The remaining themes will be announced at the opening of each month submissions.

CALENDAR OF EVENTS:
It is mandatory for ALL contestant to be available for the show dates, practices and finale date. Models must attend one of the listed practice times for each elimination but both practice dates for the finale.

**June submissions - 6th - 20th.
 Elimination show on June 25th 2011 at 5pm
Practice date for June elimination show: 
June 21st 8am
June 23rd 6pm

**July submissions - 1st - 15th.
 Elimination show on July 30th 2011 at 5pm
Practice date for July elimination show:
July 23rd 10am
July 26th 6pm

**August Submissions: 1st - 15th.
 Elimination show on August 27th 2011 at 5pm
Practice date for August elimination show:
August 20th 10am
August 23rd 6pm

**Finale Show - September 24th at 6pm (MANDATORY)
Practice dates for September finale:
September 10th 10am or 6pm
September 17th 10am or 6pm
JUDGING:
There will be different judges for each month and the finale, comprising of members from the fashion community here in SL. There will be 3 judges for each elimination and finale.

Points will be awarded based on:
*The general look of your avatar (shape and skin) - 10 points
*Runway skills (walk and posing)- 10 points
*Styling for the theme - 10 points
RULES:
1. Entries limited to 1 entry per person each month. 1 faceshot and 1 fullbody shot. No group pics.

2. Entry must be a new picture each month. No nudity or pornographic images.

3. Entry pic must be a raw unedited pic. FULL PERM pics only.

4. Pics must be submitted between 1st and 15th of every month. June submissions from the 6th - 20th of June.

5. No names should be on the pictures submitted. Pics with names will be disqualified.

6. Late submissions will not be accepted.

7.  All entrants who were not selected for the finale in September can re-enter the next month

8.  Place both pics in a folder titled : "Miss SL Prime Model 2011 - {YOUR NAME HERE}". Please name each picture as well with your full SL names.

9. Any contestant found to be breaking these rules will be pulled from the contest and further participation disqualified.

10. Contestants who are selected for the monthly eliminations and fail to attend that elimination show will need to re-enter the following month if they wish to be apart of the contest.

11. ALL contestants should join the MA Agency and Academy inworld group. Results and updates will be posted in this group and in the various fashion groups. So to ensure you receive these updates join the MA group.

Additionally prizes will be added as the contest continues...but below are the confirmed prizes at this moment.

The 12 finalists shall be given a gift card worth 1000L$ each from ::Schon::

Anigma Eulenberg

A live model at Evie's Closet since February 2010, I took a more active role into the fashion world this year. I knew entering the modeling world wouldn't be easy, but couldn't ignore my passion for showcasing wonderful designs by talented SL artists. In the past few months I have done quite a few shows and store ads. I am a finalist in Finesmith's Style That and May Inspiration contests. I also was a semi-finalist in Opium's "I Am Fierce" competition and  Esssence of Ebony. I am represented by three modeling agencies, Xi Lu Phu, Opium and MA Modeling Agency. I am also currently enrolled at Xi. Lu. Phu. Modeling Academy, where I look forward to using my training to propel me even further.

Hello, my name is Kalissyah, I am french and I live in Paris. Aliyeh Yifu

My name is Aliyeh Yifu and I have been in the modeling industry since late 2007.  I came to SL through my university as a project we had to do and never left!  I have meet many new and interesting people through my adventures and have enjoyed my time in SL.  I am a hard worker and take my role as a model serious here in SL but I also am a very humble and down to earth person.  In addition to working as a model here in sl, I enjoy photography, blogging, being a stylist, and working at Opulent.  Photography is therapeutic for me and provides me a chance to show my styles to help others wanting to put looks together.  One of the things I love most about the modeling industry is meeting all the wonderful people here in SL and working with designers with their wonderful creations.

Falbala Fairey

Falbala Fairey was born in SL on 02/19/2008 as a white alien girl in a black catsuit because  she already wanted to be different on this first day and the other choices for her avatar were too normal for her taste.
She needed 3 days to find a way out from the Noobie area into the real world of Second Life. She learned to walk, to fly and to teleport from one sim to another and of course to change her avatar into a prettier look. She first landed in "Apfelland",  which was prefered by German players and she found a place in an open air gothic club called "Chillout Paradies" where she got her first job as a dancer like many of the new avatars in SL.

She became  the leading dancer very fast and created a club intern dancegroup of 6 people where she could show her abilities   in creating choreographies or finding the best outfits for the group. At the  same time a very good friend taught  her all she needed to know to become a DJ  and one evening withouit even asking  he simply put her on the landstream of the Club andTHIS was THe start to be one of the most wanted German DJ´s in her area.

After the big hype of Bloodlines in may 2008 where she became the right hand of the King of NDS, she went to another club to work in the management and stayed there for 10 months as head manager and event manager. But that was not enough of a challenge for her and she started to find out how to build  houses, furniture, jewels, clothes and everything  saw in SL out of simple prims and sculpties as  she wanted to know how it worked and how to build it.
After some trials in creating gestures, walking sounds, pictures and some other stuff she felt she already was  bored of all that and started to play roleplay.

It didn´t take long  to find out what kind of roleplay she prefered and it was NOT Gor or the Gorean theme. Instead she jumped from one medievel roleplay sim to another and learned how to write, to act, to fight and how to feel in a fantasyworld choosing different characters. During that time her avatar changed a lot, using different looks as  of course her "huma"n look got more and more detailed, her skins  better and her inventory grew fast with clothes, hair and shoes - seems she was and is a typical woman....

After another 6 months the hype of "AVATAR" came alive in Second Life and a good friend showed her a Na'vi avatar and in her brain it started to work immediately. She talked to different people and joined some groups of the subject and talked with some sim owners on  how she imagined a roleplay with that theme. After the "YES" of the owner of one of the biggest medieval roleplay sims in all of German SL she chooseto create the sim and concept of ~Pandora Magic~ (Avatar Roleplay based on the movie of James Cameron) in january 2010 and started with over 2000 Member to play this fantastic world of Na'vi, Ikrans and humans.

In April 2010 she recieved an IM  she never had  suspected until that day. It was the Ceo of EnVogue Model Agency who asked her to become a model for him. It was a new part of her life that started. The life of a model in SL. Just some weeks after she had been  trained to walk on a runway she wast asked to become the stylist and started to train her first students on her own. They learned  how to walk, to style and what it means to be a part of the huge world of fashion.
At that time she managed her first own show called "Fashion meets Pandora" and her heart was beeting heavily as she saw Mimmi Boa  sitting in the audience on a leafchair in middle of all the other people. That was the day she wanted more then just be at EnVogue and walked out to castings and agencies in whole SL to learn and get more experience for her dream.

In the time from April till now she also became a part of Peach Parade Models, Model of Stylished Model Agency, Bellissimo Angelo and graduated as Topmodel and Education Manager of Pure Elite Model Agency and of course Europe Modeling Agency so far.
Now after she became Miss June of Peach Parade Models she started an own academy and became Ceo of the Next Generation Modeling Academy to again help young models to start in that subject.

In August 2010 she entered the contest of  "Miss Face of India Land" and was 1st in  runup place, was finalist of "Miss Carima Beach", walked through the auditions of "MVW 2011" and now she is wearing the title of "Miss Europe" and prooved all the people who never ever thought  that she can live her dream of being  a model in Second Life.

In April she entered the participation at the Japan Relief Foundraiser of Serene faith & Ji Nirvana with the Photostudio of her and her husband "Starline Photography" and edited till it started over 60 pictures to help in this charity. List from all who helped in this project:

Till today she entered all kind of Agencies, Printworks, Castings and Shows (what u see in my Resumé) to raise her experience higher and higher but never to forget the fun in modeling and styling.

Bria Seda

Bria joined SL on April 15, 2009. She was first introduced to modeling at an AVENUE Models fashion show, where she was in awe of the models, the designs and the excitement that filled the room. Inspired by this Bria was determined to be a model on SL. However, real life commitments and school made it impossible for Bria to aggressively pursue modeling at the time.

After some time away from SL, Bria returned and enrolled in the AMPLIFIED Models Academy where she graduated in March 2011. In May 2011 she successfully completed the modeling program at CAPA/Silverlight Modeling Arts.

Bria is currently working as a live and print model at KizARMA Couture, where she also won its styling challenge becoming "Model of the Week" on May 9. In addition Bria is represented by AMPLIFIED Models and MA Modeling agencies.

Driven and enterprising with a passion for fashion and a desire to learn, Bria hopes that her goal to be a top model on Second Life will be achieved within the next 1-2 years.

 I started learning modeling studies in January 2011, and when I was graduated, I sent my photo to MISS MUNDO VIRTUAL organization, the BOSL. I past the casting and actually represent HONDURAS.

I have not much experience but my work is as good as I can, care styling, color combinations, and the correct poses.
In my inventory I have a lot of clothes, skins, hairs, poses... I don't like to change the shape, but I would do it for an event. 

I use to be connected 7 days a week, from 1:00pm to 4:00 pm slt, but I can be connected for an special event in different hours.

Hello, my name is Elle Ahren, and I work as a SL Model. I joinned SL in 2009, seeing it as a way of having fun out of the real life. Aphrodite Brianna

I rezzed in SL on 1st October 2009 and started my working life in land rentals and as manager for a dance/house/electro nightclub. I got the modeling 'bug' after a friend asked me to get a professional picture of myself done, so that they could put it in their home. I began to model for the photographer (who still does my pictures to this day) and really enjoyed doing print work.  I decided that I would take a modeling course in order to be more confident in doing runway work and enrolled on the MVW course. A few weeks into that I decided to go along to a casting, just for the experience. Much to my surprise I was chosen to walk, and ever since then I have been doing shows and more recently contests. I also work as a writer and fashion stylist for Maniera magazine, and as runway co-ordinator for the Essence of Ebony conest.

Modeling has always been a big passion of mine and always loved the fashion industry.
